Tampa Bay Home Design Co. is a residential design service for homeowners across Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties. When you call or send a request, it goes to a local design team that meets you at the house, draws the project, and prepares the set for permitting. Plans are sealed by a licensed Florida architect or engineer when the permit requires it.

Licensing and sealed plans
Design services only. Plans are sealed by a licensed Florida architect or engineer when the permit requires it. Florida regulates who may sign and seal building plans.
